Sajian Rasa Ramadan
During the Holy month of Ramadan, OPEN} Restaurant invites diners to enjoy “Sajian Rasa Ramadan” Iftar experience, where culinary excellence meets the spirit of Ramadan. Immerse in a sumptuous buffet spread bursting with flavors, including a selection of international dishes such as the juicy roasted beef rump, roasted beef sirloin, lamb biryani rice, sushi and sashimi, to local classics like udang bakar kecombrang, empal rica-rica, gulai kepala ikan salmon, bakso station, and a selection of Tak'jil such as kolak pisang, bubur ketan hitam, es Manado, and assorted local fritters (gorengan).
